Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before placing an order. These Terms apply to all purchases made through the APEX Mycology website. By purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

At APEX Mycology, we’re proud to stand by three core values: local, honest, and pure.

We’re a small, UK-based business producing 100% pure Lion’s Mane Mushroom Powder in Norfolk, crafted in small batches using organic methods and zero additives or fillers.

We follow strict food safety protocols, including:

• A documented HACCP food safety system
• Independent testing by UKAS-accredited laboratories
• Full traceability from substrate to final packaging
• Eco-friendly, resealable packaging

We sell 100% Pure Lion’s Mane Mushroom Powder (Hericium erinaceus), intended for adult consumers as a food supplement.
All products are:

• Dried, milled fruiting body only (no fillers, additives, or extracts)
• Sold in food-grade resealable pouches
• Produced under food safety protocols and HACCP guidelines
   

Note: Our product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Please consult a healthcare professional before use, especially if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, have a medical condition, or are taking medication.

By placing an order, you:

• Confirm you are aged 18 or older
• Agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Understand that completion of your order constitutes a contract
   

We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order at our discretion.

All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT.
Payment is required at the time of purchase and can be made using approved payment methods listed on the checkout page. 

We currently deliver to UK addresses only.
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 working days. Delivery times may vary depending on location.
Shipping fees will be clearly stated at checkout.

We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or factors outside our control.

As a food product, our items are not eligible for return if opened due to hygiene and safety regulations.

If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or faulty, please contact us at apexmycologyuk@outlook.com within 14 days of receipt with:

• Your order number
• Description of the issue
• Photographic evidence (if applicable)
   

We will assess the situation and may offer a replacement or refund.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt if the product remains unopened.

To cancel, email us at apexmycologyuk@outlook.com with your order details.

You are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods in resaleable condition.

We take care to ensure all product information is accurate at the time of listing.
However, we do not guarantee that descriptions, images, or content are free from minor errors or variations.

We accept no liability for:

• Any adverse reactions or outcomes from product misuse or non-compliant use
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products or website

All content on this website — including branding, images, text, and product information — is the property of APEX Mycology and may not be copied or used without permission. 

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or purchases made shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
